The candidate must be pursuing a Masters degree in Materials Science with 6+ months of educational or industry experience in the same discipline.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work on various materials science projects within Intel, contributing to research and development in microelectronic packaging, wafer level assembly, process engineering, packaging equipment, semiconductor module integration, failure analysis, package thermal test development, and process integration.
