Requirements

  • Candidate must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, projects, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and should be actively pursuing a graduate degree.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6 months+ of background in computer science fundamentals and application
  • Python, Java, C, C++, others
  • Electrical engineering and computer architecture basics
  • Experience in computer science and ability to apply knowledge towards tool development.

Responsibilities

  • In the hardware development of platforms for the data center business of Intel, you will routinely learn and apply board development fundamentals which involve qualifying PCB implementation through measurement and validation. As an intern, working on a signal integrity team, you will develop new/existing tools to increase automation and organization of measured data.
  • In this process, you will continuously interact with other engineers and stakeholders across several groups to accomplish high quality results for our platforms and customers.
