  • Eligibility Requirements:
  • Applicants must be 16 years or older, have work permit consent, and eligible to work in the United States
  • Applicants must be actively attending one of the City Colleges of Chicago
  • Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 semester hours pre-credit or credit classes
  • Applicants must be pursuing an approved educational credential, degree, or certificate
  • Applicants must have and maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA (waived for first semester new students)
  • Applicants must be in “good standing” – no City Colleges of Chicago academic restrictions
  • Applicants must not be current Full or Part-time employees of the City Colleges of Chicago
  • All positions are “employment at-will”

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support to the City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) Foundation.
  • Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of the Foundation’s donor database by:
  • Enter information into the relationship management system (Bloomerang)
  • Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisor
  • Preform internet research on individuals and/or organizations as directed.
  • Assist with scheduling social post and updating social calendar
  • May be asked to monitor Foundation general email and redirect to individuals or departments.
  • Assist with maintenance of Blackbaud Awards Management Systems
  • Assist in the creation of vendor memos for check request and check deposits
  • Scan documents and files them as instructed
  • May enter data into financial tracking mechanisms
  • Maintains donor confidentiality as well as the confidentiality of department projects undertaken
  • Other related duties as assigned.
