Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Training – Learn about Health & Safety legislation, workplace safety systems, risk assessments, and more.
  • Rotational Experience – Work across multiple regions, gaining hands-on experience in real-world safety operations.
  • Leadership Development – Assist Health & Safety Advisors, operational management and develop key leadership skills.
  • Technical Expertise – Understand safety in engineering projects, contractor inspections, and compliance management.
  • Systems & Assurance – Learn how to develop, implement, and audit safety management systems.
  • Injury Management – Gain knowledge in early intervention and return-to-work strategies.
