Requirements

Candidate must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and pursuing a degree with preference in the following areas – Nursing, Social Work, Health Service Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Analytics. Candidate must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience:
Must possess clear and professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and ability to develop relationships.
Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills required
Computer experience including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and experience with internet research.
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to maintain confidentiality and to comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Responsibilities

PIP’s, KPI’s, Analytics:
Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting related to PIP’s and KPI’s.
Reporting analysis for leadership.
Monitoring and tracking progress for special programs
Participation in workgroups for special programs
Work interdepartmentally with Quality, Provider Network, Behavioral Health teams on special program implementation
Productivity and Outcomes:
Delegation of referrals to staff in accordance with KPI’s and plan expectations
Monitoring and tracking outcomes of staff outreaches to members and participation in programs
Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting related to productivity
Assist with implementing changes to programs based on identified disparities
