Requirements

  • Pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills.
  • Computer literacy required, Revit and Rhino experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Capable of traveling to and from project sites for attending client, project, and construction meetings.
  • Ability to access existing and new project sites for observation, investigation, and evaluation purposes.
  • Ability to be present in an office at least twice per week.
  • Ability to use equipment for communication and documentation purposes.
  • Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform design duties as directed by the project team leader.
  • Support the discipline team leader in the construction documentation process.
  • Perform production documentation using automated drafting (Revit)
  • Develop project details.
  • Interface with other project team members on design coordination assignments.
  • Visit site locations for information gathering purposes as directed.
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the supervisor.
  • Award and project pursuit documentation
  • Attend seminars on project management, marketing, and business development.
