Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and progressive student ideally with some experience in property, hotels and/or consulting with a strong interest in the real estate side of the hospitality industry.
  • The selected student will most likely come from a hotel and/or real estate educational background.
  • The right candidate will have:
  • Strong writing skills and ability to assimilate data into concise and erudite reports
  • Highly numerate and competent with Excel spreadsheet modelling
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of hotel consultancy reports, including market research (market analysis, competitive analysis, supply/demand analysis, etc);
  • Analyse historical P&L statements and prepare cash flow projections to prepare hotel valuations;
  • Assist the team during operator selection and/or investment instructions, including preparation of marketing material (brochure), following up with hotel operators and/or investors, etc;
  • Maintain market research and benchmarking databases.
