Responsibilities

Supporting the HR Business Partners, be responsible for all administration relating to the employee life cycle for your client groups recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, referencing, changes to terms of employment etc.)
Support the onboarding and offboarding administration for employees and ensure proper documentation is completed
Ensure that Payroll is notified of relevant information to enable accurate and timely processing e.g. monthly payroll changes, new participants to benefits schemes
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and general metrics in a timely manner
Manage employee information both electronically (Workday, SharePoint) and physically (personnel files) ensuring the appropriate confidentiality and data protection is maintained
Support the HR Officer in implementing process improvements
