Requirements

  • In or entering senior year and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent organization, time-management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Experience working with Excel
  • Basic understanding of HR laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and communication of employee benefits programs to new and current employees
  • Guide employees through TQL’s benefits process
  • Coordinate and administer all aspects of employee leave programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records for all employees in Workday and Excel
  • Prepare and distribute leave-related documentation
  • Manage the end-to-end process of garnishment administration, including wage garnishments, tax levies and child support orders
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries via email and by answering inbound phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Review and adjust benefit charges in Workday for employees leaving the organization
