Requirements

You are studying in the direction of HR, hotel school, tourism, business administration or similar
You are looking for an internship of at least 5 months
You speak and write fluently and faultlessly in Dutch and English
You are a real people-person, and like to work with people
Flexible (not necessarily in an acrobatic way)
You are proactive, stress resistant and like to challenge yourself
You like to have fun, not unimportant either!
Preferably you live in or near Amsterdam

Responsibilities

Support the P&D team with the development of strategic HR projects related to the seven hotels such as employer branding and training & development
Screen candidates, schedule and attend interviews to gain experience
Recruitment and selection of interns and operational positions
Managing administration and management information
Is a new colleague joining the company? You have everything ready to go! From clothing, to keys, to forms, our new colleague is ready to go!
You take care of the internal communication via SpeakAp, our internal communication platform.
