  • Currently, a college student pursuing a BA/BS degree in a related field.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organization skills.
  • Computer skills, which include Microsoft Office suite and online research ability.
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

  • You’ll learn about Cox through a series of functional and market-based project assignments specifically aligned to your area of study and aspirations. You’ll receive on-the-job training, plus targeted development opportunities to help you engage with your strengths and crystalize your career interests.   • Working on real business projects.
  • Gaining familiarity with Project / Program Management, Change Enablement and Process Enablement concepts, practices, and methodologies.
  • With guidance, performing standard Project Management Specialist, Change Enablement, and Business Process Design and improvement duties.
  • Learning and applying the company’s Project Management policies and guidelines.
  • Maintaining change-related files and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Building relationships and interacting with cross-functional teams, internal and external customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analyzing business situations, multiple subsets of data, and problem solving.
  • Networking with peers and professionals in the industry.
