Requirements

  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in school pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • Must be team oriented with a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM or other HRIS system a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data and system testing
  • Conduct data analysis & audits
  • Execute standardized reporting in Workday and other HR systems
  • Participate in HR Technology Projects as needed.
  • Help maintain associated system documentation & support the HR Tech team as directed.
