Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in any HR-related functions
Experience with gathering and presenting research
Experience with data analysis

Responsibilities

Assist with HR projects across all HR specialties
Collaborate with team members to gather, analyze, and present data
Conduct research on current trends and best practices within the HR industry
Attend team and internal customer meetings
Maintain confidentiality of HR information
