Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
Working knowledge of US employment law.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Curiosity to learn and develop functional knowledge
Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate and assist in the development of human resources policies, procedures and processes.
Assist the human resources team with reviewing and analyzing people data and metrics.
Prepare HR related reports, presentations and dashboards.
Assists in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws.
Participates and assists in career days and company social and networking events.
Assist human resources team on special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
