Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM)
  • Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading Industry Practices within the HR field
  • Drive Strategic HR Projects and Operations, including:
  • Onboarding Program Development & Standardization for Hourly/ Shop Floor Employees
  • New Hire Employee Experience
  • Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies
