Requirements

  • Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in many majors will be considered with a minimum 3.0 GPA required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and strong aptitude for critical thinking
  • Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
  • Technically adept/digitally savvy
  • Interest in international and financial services

  • Our summer internship program offers the chance to have practical, real world experience at one of the world’s leading P&C insurance companies. As a part of the program, you will have the opportunity to work on business specific projects where you will gain knowledge and experience to supplement and strengthen your academic skills.   • The IDP home office management team is looking for an intern to support several IDP functions and gain exposure and experience through various projects which may include, but not limited to:
  • Support strategic initiatives contributing to IDP’s long-term growth aspirations.
  • Support annual financial planning process of the distribution channel.
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Modernize IDP assets to align with contemporary standards.
