Candidates should be in the process of receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related fields, have previous experience in customer service, and possess knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
Is there a preferred certification for applicants?
Yes, certifications such as MCP, A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are preferred.
What is the hourly pay rate for the internship?
The hourly pay rate for the internship is $20.00/hr.
Will I receive training for this position?
