Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, network protocols, and IT best practices.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and database management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic technological environment.
  • US Citizen.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution.
  • In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0.
  • Commitment to a full-time schedule during the internship period.

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT team in managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Assist in the implementation of new software solutions and network upgrades.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Document software or hardware changes within a ticket system.
  • Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and help strengthen network security.
  • Collaborate on projects involving cloud computing and data analytics.
  • Document IT procedures and assist in creating training materials.
  • Engage in daily IT operations and user support tasks.
