Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of computer systems, network protocols, and IT best practices.
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and database management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic technological environment.
US Citizen.
At least 18 years old.
Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution.
In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0.
Commitment to a full-time schedule during the internship period.

Responsibilities

Support the IT team in managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
Assist in the implementation of new software solutions and network upgrades.
Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Document software or hardware changes within a ticket system.
Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and help strengthen network security.
Collaborate on projects involving cloud computing and data analytics.
Document IT procedures and assist in creating training materials.
Engage in daily IT operations and user support tasks.
