Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering / Master of Science or similar
  • Proficient in:
  • Creation and modification of Ansible playbooks and roles
  • Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Python and Java scripting
  • Running and managing systems and services on cloud platforms like Azure or OpenStack
  • Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, and Git
  • Competent in container technologies and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Good Networking knowledge with ability to troubleshoot issues

Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirement gathering and collaborate with Solutions Architects to identify integration needs.
  • Define, prepare, implement, validate, and document system configurations to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
  • Install and integrate hardware and/or software components according to customer solution requirements.
  • Prepare, verify, and document scripts to ensure accuracy prior to execution, supporting customer needs.
  • Develop and execute test cases to achieve accurate results on the first attempt, resolving issues as needed.
  • Implement automation and stay current with the latest technologies and best practices to continually enhance integration processes, and perform system upgrades and expansions as necessary.
  • Offer support and guidance to customer support teams during software production rollout.
  • Manage and coordinate integration projects, collaborating closely with software developers, network engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful integration.
