The candidate must be currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field. They should have problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as be self-motivated and capable of working independently.

The intern will be responsible for establishing bank reconciliation workflows, documenting system processes, and developing new training materials for accounting systems and processes at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc.
