Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to structure problems and execute analyses.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows environment, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Finance or Accounting undergraduate students preferred
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and curious

Responsibilities

  • Provide broad assistance to the accountant teams on all facets of the tax, fund, and management company accounting functions, including but not limited to:
  • Preparation and review of estimated tax calculations, investor tax documents and reports, and research and analysis relating to investor tax questions
  • Preparation of investment fund books and documents; and gather information for requests/research questions
  • Preparation of management company monthly books and unaudited financials, regulatory surveys and corporate filings
  • Perform any other ad-hoc support duties assigned by Accounting managers
