PhD/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, expertise in Transformer Network, processor architecture, RISC-V, AI/ML accelerator architecture, C++/Python programming, and architectural modeling & analysis essential.

The intern will be involved in researching & analyzing architectures for an AI accelerator, contributing to the exploration of custom instruction based on RISC-V for better inference performance.
