Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, including financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior internship or coursework in finance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial analysis, including gathering and organizing data, conducting financial modeling, and preparing reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing trends, variances, and financial performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with finance team members on projects such as investment analysis, cost reduction initiatives, and financial planning.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks to support decision-making processes.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to learn about various aspects of finance and business operations.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the finance department's objectives.
