Responsibilities

  • Receive training on new spare parts management software (SAP)
  • Review new equipment documentation and spare parts list
  • Enter the manufacturing area to see the equipment running and learn about the manufacturing processes
  • Support the setup of new storeroom including spare parts bin locations, label printers, and stocking of parts
  • Review existing inventory of spare parts and enter/update parts data into excel
  • Create standard operating procedures for maintenance storeroom management
  • Enter preventive and corrective equipment maintenance procedures into SAP
