Requirements

  • Education Requirements:
  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior or master’s level education status at the start of the internship, graduating August 2024 – June 2025.
  • Major/Degree: In pursuit of degree in IT, MIS, CIS, Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degree field.
  • Proficiency and understanding of:
  • Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Familiar with collaboration tools
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams
  • Professional Attributes:
  • Strong drive for results and taking initiative
  • Ability to be resourceful and adaptable
  • Ability to collaborate and have agility while making effective decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with business partners and drive the conversation.

Responsibilities

  • As a Business Solutions Systems Analyst intern in our Product and Information Technology organization, you will work with the Sales Effectiveness Salesforce.com Administration Team.
  • Tasks during the 10 weeks will include user management and configuration work. Intern will work with business users to define requirements and either help implement or hand off to the Administration team for completion.
  • The intern will gain experience in using different analysis tools and Salesforce.com. The ideal intern will have technical and analytical skills. You will need a high level of engagement and ability to take initiative, ask questions and work in a team environment.
  • Engage stakeholders from various organization to define and/or complete enhancements
  • Foster great partnerships
  • Execute fundamental skills of software acumen
  • Perform data analysis
  • Additional responsibilities:
  • Work enhancement cases
  • Work support cases
  • Work on migration from legacy process builder/workflow rules to flow
  • Work on migration from custom profiles to permission sets
  • Work on object level cleanup of unused fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types
