Requirements

Working toward a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Strong analytical and presentation skills; advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required.
Results-oriented and entrepreneurial, proven ability to work creatively and analytically.
Strong team player with ability to independently manage a full workload and respond to shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including senior executives and outside contacts
Ability to work with team members disbursed across the globe.

Responsibilities

10-week internship, June - August 2024
Assist with the acquisition, attribution, maintenance, and integrity of sales data for our global organization. Ensure the data provides high quality and readily accessible information that is needed to effectively manage a sales organization as well as help individual sales professionals manage their territory.
Analyze large volumes of transaction, CRM activity, and industry data. Translate complex data into insights and recommendations to present to our sales leadership team.
Create customized, relevant, and dynamic dashboards and/or reports for professionals and senior management.
Evolve our use of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
Help prepare materials for ad hoc projects, including developing focused analytics, conducting industry research, and preparing presentations.
Team players are able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move towards consensus.
