The candidate must be results-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to proactively solve problems in a dynamic work environment. They should have a strong understanding of CMP polishing equipment, slurries, and mechanisms, as well as proven experience in the semiconductor field. Knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and machine learning algorithms is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A MS/PhD in a relevant field is also necessary.

The candidate will be responsible for researching and developing production-worthy CMP technologies, conducting experiments, analyzing results, and driving continuous process improvements to meet quality and cycle time needs in process integration and manufacturing.
