Candidates for the Intern/Co-Op position at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. must be currently enrolled in a relevant BS or MS program, possess basic knowledge of IC packaging, have hands-on experience with optical microscope and SEM/EDX instruments, be able to prepare cross-section samples, understand engineering documents, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong data analysis abilities.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing cross section samples, drafting engineering build requests, generating assembly build reports, and coordinating data collection and analysis for NTI qualification experiments at Skyworks Solutions in Irvine.
