Requirements

  • Required Job Skills:
  • Basic Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) and SharePoint
  • Basic project management and time-management
  • Strong organizational skill and attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed to support department events
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Required Professional Competencies:
  • Work effectively both within a team environment and independently
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate writing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Required Work Experience:
  • College-level coursework related to marketing, communications or other related technical field
  • Required Education:
  • High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study
  • Two years attendance at an accredited school pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all commercial sales discipline areas and other divisions to accomplish goals and objectives
  • Participate on work teams, contribute to projects and initiatives, and perform various tasks
  • Expand and develop knowledge through exposure to the roles within the commercial sales team
  • Assist with development of commercial sales marketing materials and programs
  • Review, update and maintain commercial marketing materials and documentation
  • Assist in writing internal communications featured on the intranet to promote commercial sales
  • Compile updated broker profile lists, photos and bios
  • Create master calendars of sports marketing initiatives, deadlines and goals
  • Assist with project management of major commercial sales programs
  • Support process improvement initiatives for commercial marketing
  • Support commercial marketing meetings with pre-meeting agendas and post-meeting action items
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
