The ideal candidate for the Intern, Community Engagement - Youth Engagement position at Minnesota Twins should have knowledge of baseball and softball games, the ability to instruct fundamentals, strong computer and interpersonal skills, passion for youth development and community impact, availability for nights and weekends, professionalism in interacting with players and alumni, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 35 pounds.

The candidate will assist in coordinating and executing the Minnesota Twins Youth Engagement initiatives, manage youth participant data, support game day activations and special events, and contribute to diversity and inclusion goals in the Community Engagement department.
