Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, HCI or related field
  • Familiarity working with HTML or markdown

Responsibilities

  • Learn about writing for software products
  • Publish documentation and build taxonomies to keep terminology aligned across the company and industries, and improve wayfinding and discoverability of our products
  • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to understand, audit, and implement content recommendations
  • Uncover mental models and interoperability with other Autodesk products and visual design directions
  • Practice product discovery thinking to help shape the problem to be solved
