Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to price negotiation and contracting term negotiation from members of the Sourcing Community
  • Learn The Resource Group’s process for end-user engagement throughout the contract life cycle from members of the Contract Design Community
  • Support completion of transaction documents and basic amendments
  • Provide continuous improvement opportunities through review and analysis of data, market trends, benchmarking best practices, and general market awareness
  • Develop and communicate reports related to critical business matters
  • Provide regular updates on category strategies and supplier relationship management programs, including key performance metrics, and status of process improvement initiatives
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives including those in support Sustainability and Supplier Diversity initiatives
  • Collaborate with eSourcing team along with Contract Design and Sourcing to develop Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP)
