Requirements

  • This is a full-time, onsite position at our St. Louis, MO office.
  • Ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree seeking program at an accredited college or university with a focus in business. (Qualified candidates actively enrolled for a degree in a related field will also be considered) and must have completed at least one semester of classes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Initiative-taking and positive team player that can work remotely.
  • Strong people skills: understand and manage yours and the customers emotions, work to find a mutually agreeable solution with the customer.
  • The ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver necessary to manage high demand, high pressure situations with customers.
  • Ability to multi-task, navigating multiple systems/multiple screens while listening to customers and documenting necessary information in our systems.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various departments and associates (up to and including Senior Management)
  • Knowledge of retail and lease auto finance is helpful.
  • Good computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime (evening and weekend hours, if required)
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email and/or chat by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Familiarize yourself with our products/services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to share insights, suggestions, and best practices for improving customer experiences.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining service quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and report trends or recurring issues to the team.
  • Take advantage of learning opportunities, training, and mentorship to enhance your customer service skills.
  • Contribute to special projects or initiatives within the Customer Service department as assigned.
