Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Ability to independently adapt & learn;
  • Background in solid state physics, semiconductor processing and device characterization;
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience in automating data analysis methods;
  • Familiarity with operation of semiconductor instrumentation including, but not limited to:
  • Parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU
  • LCR meters
  • Network analyzers
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Pulse & waveform generators
  • Wafer probers
  • Knowledgeable in a variety of software tools and operating systems, including but not limited to:
  • Python/Pandas
  • C/C++
  • JMP/JSL
  • Education Requirements:
  • Working towards completion of Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering; Course work in semiconductor devices required;

Responsibilities

  • Performing hands-on electrical characterization of novel semiconductor & memory devices, as well as, CMOS and interconnect;
  • Interpret your measurements with focus on device or process-level improvements;
  • Report your findings to our engineering teams in a collaborative environment;
