  • Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with at least one semester remaining at the start of the internship.
  • Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4 point scale) overall GPA.
  • Junior or Senior classification preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Previous internships considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in project/program lifecycle strategic planning and tactical activities
  • Contributes to goal accomplishment and has the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and other key business units to deliver coordinated and consistent experiences across products, lines of business, channels and campaigns
  • Works to understand and identify issues to resolve and look for win-win solutions for long and short-term goals and objectives
  • Partners with leadership to understand and help translate broad strategies into specific action plans to achieve strategic objectives and improve results
  • Sets a standard for excellence to ensure high quality of delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation
  • Assists with development of ad hoc analysis and presentations for leadership
  • Assists leadership with preparation and maintenance of detailed and comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures
  • Support leadership, TDOC, Audit, Cyber, HR Business partners and other departments with Digital strategy and operational efforts
  • Build partnerships, supports and gathers feedback with cross-functional teams including audit and cybersecurity to ensure Cyber Risk Exceptions are managed and mitigated based on defined processes
  • Participate in creating talent and growth strategy programs for Digital in partnership with TDOC and HR Business partners
  • Participate in implementing effective strategic program support for the Digital organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Conform with all company policies and procedures
