Requirements

  • A strong understanding of semiconductor devices, processes and characterization techniques
  • Hands on experience with data analysis, device characterization and process integration is essential
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven reporting skills are required
  • Working towards completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the following areas: material science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or related discipline. Graduation date should not be prior to September 2025

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the device technology development of state-of-the-art CMOS providing solutions that are compatible with the memory architecture
  • Perform electrical characterization of CMOS devices and CMOS circuits to identify device improvement directions
  • Contribute to the fundamental understanding of CMOS technology and its impact on overall product figures of merit
  • Collaborate with Design, TCAD and modelling groups
  • Collaborate with product, probe, reliability, process, characterization, layout, and other teams
