  • Business model and strategy development
  • Organizational change strategy and implementation
  • Technology strategy and implementation
  • Public policy tracking
  • Regulatory landscape tracking
  • Fact-finding, research, and analysis, particularly around emerging trends and technologies
  • Project documentation, including report writing and PowerPoint deck development
  • Communicating solutions and new strategies to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting energy system modeling and technical studies
