Responsibilities

  • Booking flights, train, taxi, hotels
  • Managing credit card payment solution & finalising invoices & payments in the concur system
  • Liaising with Helms Briscoe sourcing agency
  • Processing events & invitations through the cvent event management system
  • Liaising with business & customers verbally & via email
  • Keeping up to date with new system integrations, training & adapting to new solutions
  • Assisting with setting up & managing the cvent app for use during larger events
