The candidate must be pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field, have at least junior status, and continue their education in Fall 2024. Engineering majors are also welcome to apply.

The intern will work closely with experienced HR Business Partners, gathering input from customers and identifying their tactical and strategic People needs. They will assist in developing and testing solutions, analyzing data, and providing interpretation and support to customers and business partners. They will also contribute to business projects and provide meaningful workplace metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
