Requirements

  • You have graduated, or are in the last phase of graduating a university program, preferably in the fields of human resources management or business administration;
  • You possess excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality and high attention to detail;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively internationally, cross-culturally, and at all levels in the organization;
  • You are proficient in MS Office products, with advanced skills in Word and Excel;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Process attestation letters, visa letters and other documents as required;
  • Assist with the different processes for international employees in Montreal (Social Insurance Number, Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec, Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec, etc.);
  • Monitor the work permits’ expiration dates, prepare the required documents, and support the employees during the renewal process;
  • Document the main PPD processes;
  • Assist with general administrative duties, e.g. filing, data entry, electronic tracking;
  • Support with some recruitment activities: interview scheduling, reference checks, background checks;
  • Review and update PPD templates as necessary;
  • Support PPD Specialist on administrative activities & processes.
