Requirements

  • Must quickly absorb, learn, and execute to support results delivery within our team.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or other portfolio planning tools is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with virtual whiteboards or similar collaboration tools is highly desirable.
  • You should be comfortable facilitating and supporting cross-functional meetings. This role is not a behind the desk job, you will be expected to connect and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • You have experience (classwork or professional) in understanding company financials and strategic frameworks.
  • Nice to have: Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or Project Management Certifications; experience in medical technology industry or fast- growing companies.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires a completed Bachelors degree and actively enrolled Masters, JD, or PhD students with a minimum of 0-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for someone with strategic savvy, who can take a bird’s eye view of a compelling problem and scope to flawlessly execute on a path forward.
  • You will drive a strategic project or initiative to enable growth and scale.
  • You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple parts of the organization (such as Marketing, Product Management, R&D), partnering to achieve results.
  • You may support members of the team on a strategic initiative, managing a workstream, conducting research, managing deliverable tracking and measurement, or standing up new processes to drive impact and scale.
  • You will support the creation of strategic messaging, communications, updates, and deliverables, creating polished presentations with succinct and clear actions and recommendations.
  • You will deliver an interim read out and final presentation to showcase results.
