Requirements

  • You have knowledge of consumer-driven marketing, branding, creative services, public relations, journalism, and/or communications.
  • You are knowledgeable in leveraging data, research, and trends to inform decisions.
  • You are highly flexible and able to shift priorities as needed.
  • You’re a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires a completed Bachelors degree and actively enrolled Masters, JD, or PhD students with a minimum of 0-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the development, execution, and monitoring of omni-channel marketing plans and programs that drive demand, retention, and build brand love.
  • You will develop intimate working knowledge of segmentation and contribute to journey planning across all touch points.
  • You will assist in the commercialization of winning products, programs, and services.
  • You will manage the formal review process to ensure all marketing tactics are approved via the document control system.
  • You will provide executional tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • You’re a strong partner, and will collaborate cross-functionally to ideate, prioritize, and deliver frictionless customer experiences.
  • You identify opportunities for process improvement and alignment and make recommendations.
  • You will support events, meetings, and activities that arise within the marketing teams.
