Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Management Systems or other relevant IT majors
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire

  • Currently studying IT applications/supply chain/industrial engineering
  • General understanding of business processes (e.g. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Finance, Inventory, etc.)
  • Understand the basics of business analysis
  • Some familiarity with an ERP or business application would be an asset
  • Currently studying IT and focusing on data analytics/reporting
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, Cognos, or similar tool
  • Good understanding of SQL and extracting & analyzing data

Responsibilities

  • Oracle Cloud ERP project – participate in one of the business tracks (ideally Manufacturing, but could also be Procurement, Sales Order, Finance or Planning)
  • Oracle Cloud ERP project – assist with data cleanup & conversions (Customer, Supplier, Items, etc.) – working with the IT Lead
  • Learn Oracle tools (BI Publisher & OTBI) and along with Power BI, develop required reports & analytics
  • Work with the Deloitte, Business & IT Leads and assist with planning and coordination of workshops & training/testing sessions
  • Assist in developing system or user documentation
