Requirements

  • Current college students pursuing a major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with at least one programming language or scripting language
  • Experience or equivalent coursework with Agile project management methodologies
  • Experience or equivalent coursework with Cybersecurity
  • Experience with Atlassian products (i.e. JIRA, Confluence) or comparable project management tools
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online platform
  • Experience with customer interactions

Responsibilities

  • Meet with internal customers to clarify requirements, gather feedback, understand client needs, and provide support
  • Participate in Agile meetings including backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups
  • Design, implement, review, and deliver SharePoint solutions as part of the SharePoint group
  • Participate in technical reviews of SharePoint development artifacts
  • Support the Microsoft Solutions Project Manager to enable the broader Microsoft Solutions team strategy
  • Create, update, and maintain Knowledge Base articles regarding SharePoint best practices
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
