  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions and instructions from attorneys and paralegals.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

  • Research, draft and/ or edit a variety of memoranda, correspondence, contracts and amendments at the direction of attorneys and paralegals.
  • Prepare and track a variety of reports that may include government filings, continuing legal education, contract databases, etc.
  • Follow contracts through the entire contracting process, including assisting in preparation of drafts, obtaining input from requesting departments, sending duplicate originals for signature and receiving signed originals for storage.
  • Maintain databases or similar systems to track the status of contracts, government filings or other projects as requested.
  • Manage documents or projects, including file preparation and management, as assigned by attorneys
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
