Requirements

  • Graduate student enrolled in a PhD program
  • Good knowledge of semiconductor / memory device physics
  • Good knowledge of VLSI circuits and systems

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Logic Pathfinding Lab under Samsung Semiconductor R&D
  • Explore emerging memories in the context of merged logic and memory fabric
  • Explore feasibility of new devices that are compatible with CMOS processing
  • Fabricate and test new devices in a university laboratory setting (if applicable)
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
