  • Education and/or Experience:
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take direction, meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Proficiency with Apple Software, Adobe Software, Canva, and Microsoft Office including Word & PowerPoint
  • Expert Excel user, must be familiar with analyzing data and know how to use pivot tables
  • In-depth knowledge of all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics (UA and GA4) and Shopify Analytics. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, and Supermetrics is a plus.
  • Exhibits knowledge of company identity, mission, and goals.
  • Must be enrolled in a college or university

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of UTM tracking links for influencers, retail, and ticketing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Generate channel-level reporting and insights for key marketing campaigns, supporting our email, paid social, organic social, and app teams.
  • Manage tagging strategy for Miami HEAT social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Tik Tok) in order to generate insights across different campaigns and content series.
  • Develop and distribute social media content reports
  • Study trends in social media, research popular social media platforms, study emerging social media tools and observe how often those platforms and tools are used.
  • Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience

The Miami HEAT came into the NBA for the 1988-89 season as part of a two-phase league expansion. The HEAT are three-time NBA Champions, winning in 2006 and back-to-back in 2012 and 2013. The team competes in the Southeast Division of the Eastern Conference.
