Requirements

  • Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or Communications and is currently a junior or senior in credit hours
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to gather insights and draw conclusions

  • Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time

  • Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager, Media Campaign Planning in delivering best-in-class digital creative assets for our media vehicles and campaigns
  • Attend campaign kick-off meetings and learn to provide Paid Media campaign recommendations based on learnings and best practices
  • Assist in requesting assets for upcoming campaigns across 4 Paid Media channels: Paid Social, Display, Paid Search and Affiliate
  • Review creatives to ensure it meets channel-specific requirements and Paid Media best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Campaign & Content, Brand Marketing and Organic Social to source relevant creative for social platforms
  • Organize campaign launch details, asset delivery and next steps for Paid Media Channel Managers
  • Assist in maintaining Media Channel Calendar, inputting channel support, audience and messaging directions for Paid Media channels
  • Assist in campaign performance recaps and provide actionable learnings/recommendations
