Candidates for the Intern, Merchandising position at ascena must have a passion for fashion and retail, demonstrated proficiency in Excel, experience with weekly selling reports and costing, strong communication and multitasking skills, be a recent college graduate or rising senior, and be available during the specified dates.

The Merchandising Intern at ascena's LOFT will assist in developing seasonal strategies, maintaining assortment sheets, compiling reports, supporting the purchase order process, preparing for PLC meetings, and managing product samples to ensure an understanding of the customer and competition throughout the product life cycle.
