Responsibilities

  • You will build and refresh Bain standard software image using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
  • You will transfer end-user data from non-functional systems to freshly imaged systems
  • You will supply support for Help Desk tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • You will track inventory
  • You will call in and track repairs for laptops
  • You will perform basic troubleshooting for network applications, systems, and components needing repair
  • You will set up relocating systems, monitors, and other hardware
  • You will install software on machines
